Welcome to my website! I'm Kleber Estorilio, a passionate freelance Camera Operator and Editor based in Sydney, Australia. With over 10 years of experience in the Broadcast and Film Industry, I have worked on some truly exciting productions.

As a Camera Operator, I've had the privilege to work on a diverse range of projects, including the 93rd Academy Awards where I served as the DOP for the Australian crosses, which was broadcasted live on Channel Seven/NBC. I have also worked as a Camera Operator and Livestream Technician for the Golden Globe Awards 2021, which was aired live on NBC. Additionally, I have shot promo ads, documentaries, music clips, live events and TV content, which allowed me to hone my skills and network with several people in the broadcast and film industry.

As an Editor, I have worked on a diverse array of social media content and long-form documentaries. One of my proudest achievements was my involvement in the Australian Surf Movie Festival 2021, which was screened all around Australia. I also co-directed and edited The Big Wave Project, a feature-length film directed by Tim Bonython that toured around Australia and was shown on Foxtel channel. I have a passion for crafting compelling narratives and bringing out the best in every project I work on.

Industry background

For 7 years, I worked as a Camera Prep. Technician at Lemac, Videocraft and VA Hire the largest rental houses in Australia. It was a great experience, I skilled myself and had my hands on the latest Broadcast and Film equipment in Industry. In the meantime, I was also doing some freelancing work, assisting Cinematographers, Directors and DOP's, and I was fortunate to learn a lot about the production side.

Background Knowledge

Camera operating - Experience operating all types of high end, DSLR's cameras in the market.
Video production - Setting a budget, writing scripts, organizing logistics, deadlines, and communicating with the team.
Video content producer - Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
Video editing - Linear and nonlinear, creative storyteller.
Livestream Operator - Capable of delivering small/medium Livestream solutions, including; Livestream consultancy, setting up, troubleshooting and switching.

I operate as a sole trader carrying Public Liability, Public Indemnity and Workcover Insurance with The Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance  here in Australia, your production is covered by most of the relevant insurances needed for filming in Australia.
